eMando is a professional, powerful and easy to use remote control and assistance solution for Microsoft Windows.

The development of eMando is discontinued as of March 2007. As of May 2008, we are in the process of withdrawing eMando. Therefore, only current customers will be supported and licenses will not be issued or renewed.

The major reason for this is an outgrown codebase based on outdated technologies. Due to demand for 64-bit and unicode support, as well as web oriented software, we decided to move to Microsoft's .NET platform. Consequently, our entire codebase became obsolete.

Initially, eMando was designed for general remote control purposes. After many requests, we introduced eMando Remote Assistance. This has been a huge success and changed our direction to the detriment of our codebase.

Now, after five years of eMando, it's time to start again. A new product, called Ayudon, will be released. Our focus will be primarily on remote support. Ayudon will be a unified support solution where support by phone, VoIP, e-mail, internet bulletin board, chat and remote desktop are integrated in one extendable system built on the latest technologies.
