eMando Router ($ 289.00) allows you to route and redirect incoming connections from both eMando Remote and eMando Remote Assistance to a specified operator.

eMando Router allows you to route and redirect remote machines. Route enables you to connect through eMando Router, while Redirect enables a direct connection from the remote machine to eMando Operator. The latter is faster, especially when eMando Router is not in the same local network as the eMando Operator machine.

eMando Router is logged on with a master account. A master account has one or more related slave accounts to authenticate operators. This enables the operator to be logged on with his or her own account. Both master accounts and slave accounts are normal eMando accounts.

eMando Router includes a master account which will be valid for two years.
